About Us
Soluify® LLC offers a comprehensive range of managed services, including IT solutions, automation, coding, fractional C-Suite services, and web design and development.
Key Service Offerings
- Managed Services (MSP): Tailored solutions including network monitoring, cybersecurity, and data backup, per our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information per our MSA, with unauthorized disclosure prohibited except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Soluify® retains ownership of all pre-existing and independently developed materials. Clients retain rights to their data, granting Soluify® a limited license to use it for service provision.
Limitation of Liability
Soluify® is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct claims is limited to fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
Both parties agree to indemnify each other against third-party claims arising from breaches of MSA terms.
Data Protection and Privacy
Soluify® complies with applicable data protection laws, using appropriate measures (including AI technologies) to safeguard client data.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay fees per their Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.
- Late Payments:
- MSP Agreements: Subject to penalties; service may be suspended for overdue balances.
- Web Services: Payments delayed 7-15 days may result in service termination.
- Timely payment is required to avoid disruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees must be paid upon termination, and client data will be returned or deleted after 60 days, per applicable service terms below.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are addressed via mediation, then arbitration if unresolved, held in Clermont, FL.
SolWork Program
Technical support and consulting outside regular schedules, billed prepaid or hourly.

Soluify® provides top-tier web hosting and development through our Essential, Advanced, Premium, and Unlimited packages, tailored for security, performance, optimization, and support.

General Terms
- Service Limitations: Governed by the MSA.
- Response Times: Measured from customer portal logging.
- Consultations: Scheduled mutually.
- Content Updates: Non-cumulative, monthly use only.
- Data Security: Clients secure their credentials; Soluify® handles broader measures.
- Billing: Per package, due per SOW terms.
Ownership, Cancellation, and Transfer
Website Ownership- Clients have full access/usage rights within their plan. Soluify® retains ownership of the website (design, code, structure) until 12 consecutive months of service are completed on the current plan.
- Early ownership requires paying the remaining balance for 12 months, calculated from subscription start.
- After 12 months, ownership transfers to the client (excluding Soluify®-owned premium plugins/licenses), if fees are paid in full.
Cancellation of Service / Website- Termination requires 30 days’ written notice via [email protected] or customer portal.
- Services (hosting, management, premium plugins) end at the billing cycle or notice period’s end, whichever is later.
- Outstanding fees are due within 15 days of cancellation; unpaid balances may lead to suspension and data forfeiture.
- Client data (files, databases) is retained for 60 days post-cancellation, then deleted unless transferred (see below).
- Unlimited Package: Cancellation within 3-month commitment suspends services immediately, with no refunds.
Website Transfer- On cancellation or request, Soluify® provides a basic export (e.g., WordPress ZIP file, core files, database) within 30 days, if fees are paid.
- Exports exclude premium plugins/themes/tools owned by Soluify®; clients must purchase their own licenses to retain these.
- Soluify® does not configure/migrate exports; assistance is available via SolWork at hourly rates.
- Hosting ends at cancellation; clients must secure new hosting before the 30-day period ends to avoid downtime.
Premium Plugins and Licenses- Soluify® provides premium tools (e.g., Elementor Pro, SEO software) under our licenses, which remain our property.
- Access ceases on cancellation/transfer unless clients secure their own licenses.
- License keys are non-transferable, tied to Soluify® agency accounts.
Delayed Payment Policy- Payments delayed 7-15 days may trigger suspension at Soluify®’s discretion. After 15 days, termination may occur.
- Reactivation post-termination (within 60-day data retention) requires overdue balances plus a $150 fee; unavailable after 60 days.
Dispute Resolution
Web service disputes follow the MSA process: mediation, then arbitration in Clermont, FL.
Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
Soluify® operates a mobile messaging program subject to these terms. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Program Description: We send SMS/MMS messages regarding account updates, service alerts, project blueprint updates, and booking confirmations.
- Express Consent: By providing your number via our web forms at soluify.com, you provide express written consent to receive automated marketing and support messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text. To resubscribe, text “START” or “YES”.
- Help: Text “HELP” for assistance, or email [email protected].
- Privacy: Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
