Soluify LLC offers a comprehensive range of managed services, including IT solutions, automation, coding, fractional C-Suite services, and web design and development.
Managed Services (MSP): We provide tailored MSP solutions including network monitoring, cybersecurity, and data backup. Details and standards are outlined in our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Automation: Our automation experts help streamline business processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
Coding: We offer custom coding solutions to meet your business needs, covering various programming languages and technologies.
Fractional C-Suite: Access seasoned C-level executives on a part-time basis to drive strategic growth and transformation.
Web Building & Design: Our team delivers cutting-edge websites designed to enhance your online presence and user experience.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information as detailed in our MSA. Unauthorized disclosure of information is strictly prohibited except as required by law.
Soluify retains ownership of intellectual property rights for all pre-existing and independently developed materials. Clients retain rights to their data, with Soluify granted a limited license to use client data for service provision.
Soluify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any direct claims is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding twelve months.
Both parties agree to indemnify each other against third-party claims arising from breaches of the terms outlined in the MSA.
Soluify complies with applicable data protection laws and uses appropriate measures to safeguard client data, including AI technologies where applicable.
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in specific Statements of Work. Late payments are subject to penalties, and service may be suspended for overdue balances.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and client data will be returned or deleted after 60 days.
Disputes are initially addressed through mediation, followed by arbitration if unresolved. All proceedings will be held in Clermont, FL.
Soluify offers a SolWork program for technical support and consulting services outside of regular service schedules, billed on a prepaid or hourly basis.

Service Limitations: The services provided under each package are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Response Times: Response times for support inquiries are measured from the time the request is logged in the customer portal.
Consultations: Consultation calls are scheduled on a mutually agreed time between the client and Soluify’s representatives.
Content Updates: Content update hours are non-cumulative and must be used within each monthly billing cycle.
Data Security: While Soluify implements extensive security measures, clients are responsible for keeping their access credentials secure.
Billing and Payments: Clients will be billed according to the package selected, with fees due upon the terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
Termination: Either party may terminate the services as per the conditions outlined in the MSA.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved as per the dispute resolution terms in the MSA.
