About Us

Soluify LLC offers a comprehensive range of managed services, including IT solutions, automation, coding, fractional C-Suite services, and web design and development.

Key Service Offerings

  1. Managed Services (MSP): We provide tailored MSP solutions including network monitoring, cybersecurity, and data backup. Details and standards are outlined in our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  2. Automation: Our automation experts help streamline business processes, improving efficiency and productivity.

  3. Coding: We offer custom coding solutions to meet your business needs, covering various programming languages and technologies.

  4. Fractional C-Suite: Access seasoned C-level executives on a part-time basis to drive strategic growth and transformation.

  5. Web Building & Design: Our team delivers cutting-edge websites designed to enhance your online presence and user experience.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information as detailed in our MSA. Unauthorized disclosure of information is strictly prohibited except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Soluify retains ownership of intellectual property rights for all pre-existing and independently developed materials. Clients retain rights to their data, with Soluify granted a limited license to use client data for service provision.

Limitation of Liability

Soluify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any direct claims is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

Both parties agree to indemnify each other against third-party claims arising from breaches of the terms outlined in the MSA.

Data Protection and Privacy

Soluify complies with applicable data protection laws and uses appropriate measures to safeguard client data, including AI technologies where applicable.

Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in specific Statements of Work. Late payments are subject to penalties, and service may be suspended for overdue balances.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and client data will be returned or deleted after 60 days.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are initially addressed through mediation, followed by arbitration if unresolved. All proceedings will be held in Clermont, FL.

SolWork Program

Soluify offers a SolWork program for technical support and consulting services outside of regular service schedules, billed on a prepaid or hourly basis.

Overview

Soluify is committed to providing top-tier web hosting and development services through our tailored packages: Essential, Advanced, and Premium. Each package is designed to meet varying needs for security, performance, optimization, and support.

Essential Web Package

  • Hosting & Security:

    • Secure and reliable hosting infrastructure.
    • Weekly automated backups for data safety and recovery.
    • SSL certificate for secure data encryption.
    • Basic firewall protection with regular security updates.
  • Maintenance & Optimization:

    • Monthly updates for website plugins, themes, and core software.
    • Initial SEO setup and basic optimization for improved search visibility.
    • Regular monitoring to ensure smooth operation and acceptable load times.
  • Content Management:

    • Up to 2 hours of content updates per month (text and image changes).
  • Support:

    • Email support with a 24-hour response time during business days.
    • Customer portal access for ticketing and issue tracking.

Advanced Web Package

  • Includes All Features of the Essential Web Package, Plus:

  • Enhanced Security & Maintenance:

    • Bi-weekly automated data backups.
    • Advanced firewall protection.
  • SEO & Monitoring:

    • Advanced SEO setup for better visibility.
    • Enhanced monitoring with detailed performance reports.
  • Content & Consultation:

    • Up to 5 hours of content updates per month.
    • Monthly consultation calls to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Support:

    • Priority email support with a 12-hour response time during business days.

Premium Web Package

  • Includes All Features of the Advanced Web Package, Plus:

  • Maximum Security & Maintenance:

    • Daily automated data backups.
    • Premium firewall protection with advanced security measures.
  • SEO & Monitoring:

    • Comprehensive SEO setup with ongoing optimization for top-tier visibility.
    • Real-time performance alerts.
  • Unlimited Updates & Strategic Support:

    • Unlimited content updates and design/functionality changes.
    • Bi-weekly consultation calls for strategic improvements.
  • Support:

    • 24/7 priority email and phone support with a 4-hour response time.

Unlimited Web Package

Features:

  • Unlimited Pages: Build and maintain as many pages as your website requires.
  • Unlimited Updates & Revisions: Make unlimited text, image, design, and functionality changes to your website.
  • Highest-Tier Security & Backups:
    • Premium firewall protection and advanced security measures.
    • Daily automated backups for maximum data safety and recovery.
  • Continuous SEO Optimization: Ongoing SEO improvements to ensure top-tier search engine visibility.
  • Real-Time Advanced Monitoring: Real-time performance alerts and detailed analytics to keep your website running smoothly.
  • Custom Design & Functionality: Tailored design and functionality to meet your unique business needs.

Support:

  • 24/7 Priority Support: Access to 24/7 priority email and phone support with a 2-hour response time.
  • Dedicated Account Manager: A dedicated account manager to oversee your website and provide personalized assistance.
  • Weekly Consultation Calls: Weekly calls to discuss performance, updates, and strategic improvements.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 3 months of service is required to retain the benefits of this package. Services will be suspended if canceled or unpaid within the first 3 months.
  2. Downgrading: After the initial 3-month period, you may downgrade to a lower-tier package. However, downgrading will result in the loss of unlimited services and other exclusive features of the Unlimited Web Package.
  3. Billing: Fees for the Unlimited Web Package are billed monthly. Failure to pay will result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  4. Service Suspension: If services are canceled or unpaid during the 3-month minimum commitment period, all unlimited services and features will be suspended immediately.
  5. Renewal: After the initial 3-month period, the package will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise notified.

General Terms

  1. Service Limitations: The services provided under each package are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).

  2. Response Times: Response times for support inquiries are measured from the time the request is logged in the customer portal.

  3. Consultations: Consultation calls are scheduled on a mutually agreed time between the client and Soluify’s representatives.

  4. Content Updates: Content update hours are non-cumulative and must be used within each monthly billing cycle.

  5. Data Security: While Soluify implements extensive security measures, clients are responsible for keeping their access credentials secure.

  6. Billing and Payments: Clients will be billed according to the package selected, with fees due upon the terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).

  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the services as per the conditions outlined in the MSA.

  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved as per the dispute resolution terms in the MSA.
